# Stripe Connect Starter — Commercial License

## License tiers

### Single-App License — €149

The buyer ("Licensee") receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use this codebase in **ONE production application** owned and operated by the Licensee or the Licensee's employer.

### Multi-App License — €349

Same scope as Single-App, but applies to **unlimited production applications** owned and operated by the same Licensee or the same legal employer entity.

### Setup Pack add-on — €499

Adds a 60-minute async support engagement (Loom video walkthrough + email Q&A) covering Stripe key configuration, webhook setup, custom auth integration, and one round of code review of the buyer's adapted version. Delivered within 7 days of purchase.

## Permitted use

For all license tiers, the Licensee MAY:

- Modify the source code freely for the Licensee's own use
- Use the source in commercial production applications within the licensed scope
- Combine the source with other code, frameworks, and libraries
- Deploy to any number of environments (development, staging, production, preview) for the same licensed application(s)
- Make private copies for backup and version control
- Receive bug-fix patches and minor version updates for 12 months from the date of purchase

## Restrictions

The Licensee MAY NOT:

- Use the source code in more applications than the license tier permits
- Resell, sublicense, sub-distribute, or otherwise transfer the source code (modified or unmodified) to any third party
- Use the source code as the basis for a competing boilerplate, starter, or template product
- Publish the source code, in whole or in substantial part, to public repositories or public package registries
- Remove or obscure copyright notices, license headers, or attribution from source files
- Use the PayoutKit name, logo, or trademarks to endorse or promote derivative products without written permission

## Bug fixes and updates

Licensees receive 12 months of patch and minor-version updates included with purchase. After 12 months, the Licensee retains the right to continue using the version then in their possession indefinitely; renewal of the update window is optional and offered separately.

## Support

License administration and critical bug reports: `support@payoutkit.dev`. Response SLA is 48 hours on business days. The Setup Pack add-on adds a deliverable engagement on top of this baseline support.

## Refunds

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies. If the starter does not fit the Licensee's needs for any reason, email `support@payoutkit.dev` within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the same payment processor.

After 30 days, sales are final.

## Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE AUTHOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

The Licensee is solely responsible for testing the software in their own environment, particularly for payment-handling flows, and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2, and KYC obligations.

## Termination

This license terminates automatically and without notice if the Licensee breaches any of the Restrictions above. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the source code and destroy all copies in their possession.

## Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising from this license shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
